Capel Cornerstone offers......

• a private psychodynamic counselling service for young people (aged 11+) and adults.
• an initial callback within 48 hours from point of enquiry.
• an experienced, specialised and fully qualified counsellor with an enhanced DBS check. 
• an open, non-judgmental place for individuals to express, explore and gain understanding of their mental health struggles.
• weekly one-to-one sessions, either face-to-face in a lovely therapy room in Capel St Mary (on the outskirts of Ipswich town) or online via video call.
• daytime or evening appointments.
